Powertek Scores another Win with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to Deliver Records Methodology and Process Products for the Records Division
Rockville, MD – The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has awarded a contract to Powertek Corporation to assist its Records Division by developing tools to support executive, investment management, and portfolio management decisions. Under this contract, Powertek subject matter experts will capture business processes, performance measurements, and knowledge management needs and develop program documentation, knowledge repositories, improved processes, performance dashboards, and associated training materials.
